The Sicky Icky Bug

What a "wonderful" few weeks we have had in the Ryan House. I'm kidding. Andy had knee surgery to repair his knee from his past knee surgery and re-injuries and to be honest it's just gone down hill from there. I am laughing as I am typing because exhaustion has made me go loony at this point. :) His recovery has not gone well. Apparently he is a "sweller" and that's not something you want to be good at when trying to recover from surgery. So he is in a lot of pain to say the least. So that mixed with little sleep, not being able to leave his side, extra trips back to UW (Where he had his surgery. An hour away.) and taking care of the kids and normal life things I was at my max. Or so I thought. Than 5 days ago Carter came down with a nasty bug of vomiting, diarrhea, and fever. After two days Bella caught it and on day three Andy caught it. I am PRAYING I don't get it! Here's what my living room looks like right now.........

 Thank goodness for all our big blankets!

 Carter's on the mend finally.........just really sleepy.

Bella's toes got painted by Nana right before she came down with the sicky icky bug. And speaking of Nana..........I don't know what I would do without my parents! (Go crazy) They have been such a tremendous help these past few weeks! I don't even have to ask which is nice cause I haven't had time to ask for anything lately. So a BIG thanks to them! Love you guys!

Sunny Day!

We have had such nice weather lately! Today it was in the 70's. So sunshine mixed with a field trip.......well it doesn't get much better than that! Carter's class went to Edison Elementary today. We got a tour and than had a school lunch in the cafeteria. It was so fun!

When we got home it was time to play in the sandbox, pool, and do a little swinging!
