Big News!

For awhile now I have had baby fever. Bad baby fever. Since Andy and I are done having kiddos (sad) all I have been wishing and hoping and praying for is to be an Auntie! I was starting to loose hope when two weeks ago my brother and his wife Allie gave me the best news EVER! Yeah! I am going to be an AUNTIE!! Happy Dance! WE (yes, I will be slightly over-involved & yes I have warned Allie) gave the big reveal to my parents this weekend................

I got the idea off of good old pinterest! And of course I had to video the reveal (warning : apparently I laugh like a retard when I am super excited)............



This blog may turn into a blog about being an auntie instead of being a wife and mother! JK. Maybe. I am just really excited! Oh and here is Allie's 11 week ultrasound!!..............

It was all I could do not to show up at this appt! I am trying to control myself. :) Our due date is October 8th. Ok I am done.
Now for my kids. Bella got to sleep in her new big girl bed this weekend! Here's a little sneak peak (the room isn't complete yet so I don't want to show too much!)..............

She was very excited but also very concerned about where her crib was. She doing pretty good in her bed, which is nice. Hope it stays that way!
As for today, which is the first day of spring. It's rainy, windy, & freezing so the kids and I did a little Chuck E. Cheese.............

Friday Fun 2

First our Friday Fun.....Andy and Carter went to Stevens Pass. Carter was in ski school for the morning.....

He's the little guy just to the left of the left yellow & black pole. :) After his class Andy got him and they went skiing and snowboarding together for the rest of the day........

As for Bella and I..............we worked on my two obsessions (right now). My first obsession, homemade cleaning products. We tried out this "Miracle Carpet Stain Remover" that I got off  onegoodthingbyjillee.com and let me just say it's AMAZING!!! The recipe : 1 part Ammonia & 1 part HOT water. Combine in squirt bottle. Spray liberally on the stain. Cover with a dry white towel. Iron over it. And the stain is gone! :) So I decided to try it out on our 3 year old hot coco stains that dripped out of a "no-leak" sippy cup.  BEFORE............

The carpet was still a little damp but I just couldn't wait to take the after photo! The hot coco is completely gone! So easy! I am very excited about this! Two warning reviews (not sure if they are true) I read to keep in mind if you try this..........First is the fumes from heated up ammonia can be dangerous and the second review was that cats & dogs are attracted to ammonia and want to pee on the area that smells like it. So just in case these are true I opened a window and kept my face away from the steam and kept our cat in the garage until the area was dry, I vacuumed over it, & then sprayed it with a scented carpet spray. And we have had no problems.
My second obsession is Bella's new "Big" girl/brother is also sleeping in there now so can't be too girly bedroom. It has been a challenge but I think it's all starting to come together! Pictures coming soon!
When the boys got home it was time to go to Carter's first T-ball practice..........

 Sorry the pictures are so far away..........I now know how to "zoom" with my iPhone so next they will be better! And that was our Friday Fun!

FRIDAY FUN!

For today's Friday Fun we had quite the adventure! I decided to let Carter tell you about it (obviously I am the one typing ;) ). We got in the car and started driving.............

we ended up at the refinery where we had to do some work in a crane...........

and on a motor that had a ball stuck in it...............

and on some broken trophies (yes, that's right, refinery's have trophies)..............

after all that work we were starving so we got in a boat..............

and sped to the store to buy some food..............

we took our food to the beach and had a picnic.........

then we got back in our boat..........

and sped to the theatre where we watched an AMAZING play........

and then we went to the art museum where there were artist working on there masterpieces...........

then we got back in our car..........

and drove to the dentist office to get our teeth cleaned...............

then we got back in our car................

and drove through a deep dark forest until we came to a cute RED (photo assignment for the day) shed that my daddy built...........

At Last!

Finally, my over a year wait is OVER!!!! Upgrade = iPhone! I am so excited! So of course today I have been snapping pics like a crazy girl! First, my photo assignment pic of the day is "Window". So from my car window this is what I took............

Dropping Taylor & Carter off at school. Peter Pan Preschool, the best preschool in the valley if you ask me! Bella & I headed back home to play with the iPhone............

Something Bella Wore

Today's photo assignment is "Something You Wore". So I decided to make it something Bella wore. Thought it would be more exciting!

When Bella was born she wore the tiniest little diaper. It's hard to tell from the picture above so I took a picture of it today next to a pack of gum to put in perspective.

And this tiny little diaper was to big for Bella in the beginning! It's hard to remember just how tiny she was.
